***1. We do not accept de-skunking or flea treatment services,

as the smell and fleas could affect other dogs. 2. We do not provide grooming services for dogs that are in heat , period or pregnant, in order to protect their health and safety. ***

Dogs above 5 months of age are required to be current on their rabies vaccination. Proof of vaccination containing next due date will be needed before any services can be preformed.

The Pet Owner confirms that they have fully disclosed the health condition of their pet to the Salon prior to receiving services, including but not limited to any congenital diseases, age-related health issues, and skin conditions. The Pet Owner understands that failure to disclose such information may affect the safety and health of the pet during the service.

All services require an appointment.

Our prices are calculated based on the dog's breed and weight.

Please note: a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for late pick-ups after 5pm.

We accept appointments for the following day and beyond. However, if you urgently need grooming services on the same day, please give us a call 647-821-2777 . If we have availability, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Sometimes we may be busy grooming dogs and unable to answer phone calls right away. If we miss your call, please send us a text message with your name, phone number, your dog's name, breed, weight, and your preferred date and time for the appointment. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
